A new Udacity survey highlights a generational divide in AI. Who is leading the AI charge at work? Millennials (born 1981–1996) are the most optimistic about generative AI at work. Over 50% of Millennials surveyed credit AI with improving decision-making, reducing stress, and boosting creativity. By contrast, less than 25% of Gen Z and Gen X respondents share this enthusiasm. Millennials are also more likely to use AI image generation tools, while Gen Z and Gen X lean on translation solutions. Despite Gen Z's digital upbringing, Millennials embrace AI’s potential more confidently. Are you seeing the same trend within your workplace?
