Time for a little story time (brace yourselves)… and yes, here comes some cheesy Friday motivation! In June, I was made redundant due to Google’s spam update… fun times, right?! While it was a tough period, especially on my mental health, it ended up being a turning point. It pushed me to dive deeper into AI, SEO, and UX with renewed focus and helped me really understand where I want my career to go. (Something I have had trouble for a WHILE!) And don’t even get me started on the endless “Tell me about yourself” questions during interviews… How many times can you say, “I’m passionate about SEO, AI, and UX” before it stops feeling real? Redundancy isn’t the end of the world, it’s just a learning point. Sometimes, the toughest times bring the best opportunities for growth. (That’s your cheesy motivation for the week!) I’ve also discovered that being more active on LinkedIn is actually a good thing. It’s not just for job applications; it’s about building connections, sharing experiences, and growing together as a community. Now, with the latest Google core update, how is everyone doing? Going crazy or enjoying it? Lastly here’s a selfie of me doing the school run in the FREEZING cold! #MentalHealthMatters #SEO #AI #UX #CareerPivot #GoogleUpdate #Resilience #DigitalMarketing #LinkedInTips
