New type of cardio to help you burn fat and bulletproof your body: It's called a Reverse Sprint. Here's how you do it: 1. Do this on a track, sand or a grass field 2. Warm up for 10-15 minutes 3. Sprint forward for 100 meters 4. Walk backwards to the starting line 5. Repeat for 4-5 rounds Here's why this works: Sprinting is great cardio for fat loss and longevity. Walking backwards improves your hip and knee health. Combine both for the ultimate cardio that can be done in 10 minutes flat. Try it out and your future self will thank you. ✍🏼 Have you tried these out yet? ♻️ Reshare if this was helpful. - Dan Ps. If you liked this post you'll enjoy my newsletter. Like to bust out the random sprint, but gotta say I haven't tried walking backwards after - excited to test it out once it won't be icy here
