New type of cardio to help you burn fat and bulletproof your body: It's called a Reverse Sprint. Here's how you do it: 1. Do this on a track, sand or a grass field 2. Warm up for 10-15 minutes 3. Sprint forward for 100 meters 4. Walk backwards to the starting line 5. Repeat for 4-5 rounds Here's why this works: Sprinting is great cardio for fat loss and longevity. Walking backwards improves your hip and knee health. Combine both for the ultimate cardio that can be done in 10 minutes flat.
