Excellent post Dan Cooper the apprentices are lucky to have such a good trainer and mentor! Keep up the good work we need so many youngsters to get the balance back! I agree with Faye Tindall nice quote the crazy thing is if they are dedicated and passionate about their work they will remember their mistakes more clearly than what they did right and you’ve given them the skills on rectification or better still avoidance! #apprenticeships #skillsgap #skillsdevelopment
