🚨 Deadly Drinks? Panera's Caffeine Crisis Exposes Hidden Dangers in Functional Beverages 🚨 Recently, Panera made headlines by halting the sale of drinks with added caffeine after tragic customer deaths. This raises crucial issues in the booming non-alcoholic functional beverage market: 1. Consumer Awareness: Many seek functional nutrients but lack understanding of their effects. 2. Regulation Gaps: Caffeine, treated as a supplement, isn't capped or strictly regulated. As we strive for healthier drink options, companies must have foresight enough to anticipate consumer actions, educate consumers & counter ignorance, and have a thorough scientific understanding of how ingredients impact the body when no regulation exists - to ensure everyone’s well-being. 🌿💧 #HealthSafety #FunctionalBeverages #ConsumerAwareness Follow Culinary Tides, Inc. for more insights. https://lnkd.in/eHy8JzkZ

In the food and beverage industry, 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐥𝐲𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 serves multiple roles. It acts as a humectant, helping to retain moisture and prevent dryness in food and beverages. Walking into a liquor store can be overwhelming with information overload and what feels like endless options at varying price points. So, what differentiates STILLY from the myriad of alcoholic canned beverages on the market today? There are several key differences, but here are some of the most important ones: 👉 Ingredients: We use NOTHING artificial in our drinks. STILLY is sweetened solely with natural fruit juice and flavors, which helps our drinks taste authentically fruity. We don’t use any added sugars or high fructose corn syrup in our beverages. Plus, STILLY is a vodka-based canned cocktail, whereas many beverages on the market are malt-based. Our drinks are naturally refreshing and gluten free, too! 👉 Carbonation: Have you ever had a sip of a drink that was so carbonated it almost hurt your mouth? We get it—that’s why STILLY is made with “fine bubbles,” giving it a lower carbonation level than many of our competitors. Our beverage is NOT a seltzer; it’s a STILLY—a category of its own! 👉 Flavor: We pride ourselves in offering authentic, fresh flavors! With no added sugar, STILLY won’t leave you with a sugar overload. Our drinks provide the perfect balance of refreshment and sweetness, delivering a flavor profile that our consumers have shown so much love to over the last couple of years! Keep an eye out for STILLY the next time you’re restocking your fridge! Have any other questions? Message us or comment below!

How is PVPP applied in non-alcoholic beverages? PVPP has been widely used not only as a stabilizer in beer, but also as a good clarifying agent and stabilizer for tea beverages, juices, vinegar, soy sauce, other liquid foods, and health foods. In many cases, due to the presence of small amounts of phenols and polyacids in some liquid foods, they can precipitate and become cloudy if left for too long. In the production and processing process, adding a small amount of PVPP can improve their clarity, prevent turbidity, stabilize color, improve taste, and extend storage time. #PVPP

Most Americans get the majority of their added sugar from beverages, particularly sugar-sweetened drinks like sodas, energy drinks, and fruit drinks. Other significant sources include desserts, candies, and certain processed foods like cereals and snacks. To curb added sugar intake: 🤔 1. **Drink Water:** Replace sugary beverages with water, unsweetened tea, or sparkling water. 2. **Read Labels:** Check food labels for added sugars, which can appear under various names like high fructose corn syrup, cane sugar, or agave nectar. 3. **Choose Whole Foods:** Opt for whole fruits instead of fruit juices or processed snacks. 4. **Reduce Desserts:** Limit desserts and sweets to occasional treats rather than daily habits. 5. **Cook at Home:** Prepare meals at home where you can control the ingredients and avoid added sugars in restaurant or pre-packaged foods. 6. **Gradual Reduction:** Gradually decrease the amount of sugar added to your coffee, tea, or recipes to adjust your palate to less sweetness. . #addedsugars #sugardetox #dontdrinksugarydrinks #lifestyle #longevity #exerciseismedicine #purposefulmovement #foryourhealth #livehealthy #befit #starttoday #rjhfitperspectivellc #certified #personaltrainer #nutritioncoach #runwalkcoach #nutritionstrengthmovement #doallthree #everyweek #htx (No content on this site, regardless of date, should ever be used as a substitute for direct medical advice from your doctor or other qualified clinician.)
