Just a reminder. You don't "own" the audience. Even if there is no algorithm in-between you and your communication to that audience. You earn that audience. Every single week. Every single month. Every single year. By continuing to publish content they actually want to consume. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 - they still have to want to open and read it. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 - they still have to want to subscribe and hit play every time you release an episode. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 - they still have to want to log-in and engage. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 - they still have to want to show up. "Owning" your audience via the platform you've chosen to communicate and share your content is not the #1 goal. The #1 goal is results. And the best way to get results is to create content so relevant / insightful / helpful that your audience seeks it out and doesn't want to miss (no matter what platform it's on).

If you need a way to create between 10-15x pieces of killer content per week with only an hour of your time... And get this content in front of audiences ripe with your ideal client... AND form relationships with industry leaders for potential partnerships... ANDDD (just kidding, that's all I got lol) Then you need to start and host a podcast, and employ what I call the Podcast Funnel. How it works: Film an episode with a guest who has an audience you'd like to speak to >> Chop up the episode into clips where both parties present as authorities in their respective spaces >> Use the clips to create text and b-roll posts in addition to the clips themselves (you'll get anywhere between 10-15x pieces of content per week if done right) >> Post all this content to your LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, and tag the guest you brought on your show (who happens to have a way larger audience than you do) >> YOUR expertise, shown to THEIR audience. Why put in the work to build your own audience when you can "borrow" someone else's? And of course give everyone involved a shit ton of value along the way. #realestate #realestatemarketing #realestateinvestor
