Is it possible to manage multiple public-private key pairs easily? With the introduction of Hierarchical Deterministic (HD) wallets in 2012 (via Bitcoin Improvement Proposal BIP-32), the answer is yes. Instead of managing separate key pairs for every wallet, HD wallets generate all keys from a single seed phrase using "derivation paths." This means users only need to remember one seed phrase, making key management much simpler and more secure.

We have made a significant update to the BitRef backend. All Bitcoin address lookups should be a lot faster now, especially for addresses with many transactions. The limit has been increased from 30,000 to 125,000. Less than 0.0000001% of addresses on the mainnet have histories that exceed this limit.
