#ASH24 A point-of-care manufacturing approach in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) can significantly enhance access to CAR-T cell therapy by reducing logistical challenges through a 9-day production timeline and high manufacturing success rates. According to this study, the total cost for CAR-T cell production and patient management was estimated at approximately USD 47,000, excluding the lentiviral vector.
