You're not a high performance. Leader, unless you elevate others. And by a leader, I mean anyone can be a leader. And what do I mean by elevating? It's about the support you extend. It's the challenge and the critique. You also extend. And that I think is always a difficult place to get to. But if you have a team around you who can step in when needed, but also say hang on a moment, I need your support, I think that is an important place to get to. And I've seen amongst our team that capability we're getting. There. And that means that in an environment that is invariably matrix orientated, in an environment where we cannot afford to operate in a silo, we've got to learn and understand and encourage and support one another. So I think that for me. Has been one of the exciting observations I've made about Critical Eye over the last year.
