AI has the potential to revolutionize employee experiences in numerous ways, from recruiting to talent management, by efficiently processing vast amounts of data with speed and accuracy (Dutta, 2021). The wide applications of AI include expediting talent acquisition and recruitment processes, allowing HR teams to focus on essential tasks like sourcing, personnel management, and recruitment marketing. Furthermore, AI enables the orientation and training of new recruits, providing them with necessary information and assisting them in staying current with industry advancements. One of the key highlights of the study is the potential enhancement of the employee experience through the integration of AI across the employee lifecycle, resulting in a personalized and efficient approach to HR service delivery and career pathing. However, the study also sheds light on the challenges associated with AI in HR, including concerns about security, privacy, and the preference for human interaction over AI-based interactions. Moreover, maintenance and constant evaluation of AI systems pose a time-consuming challenge for organizations. The study emphasizes the importance of adopting AI solutions that align with business needs and organizational culture, along with the creation of necessary digital maps for successful integration. In a related study, Singh & Shaurya (2021) investigated the impact of AI on HR practices in UAE companies using a mixed-method design, engaging AI and HR personnel as sample participants. Their findings underscore the need for organizations to carefully evaluate and adopt AI solutions that are compatible with their company's culture, emphasizing the significant boost in productivity that AI-based HR solutions can offer if implemented strategically. This insightful research calls for a deeper exploration of AI's potential in transforming HRM, and invites organizations to navigate the challenges with strategic implementation. The future of AI in HR promises to usher in a new era of employee experiences and organizational effectiveness.
