We recently started working with a new client at BuiltRise At first, they only wanted to post from their company account. The content was good, but the results could have been better. Our team convinced them to give their personal account a try because we’ve seen time and time again that those perform better than a company account. Because we've learned over the years that posting from personal accounts is where you can get a truly tangible ROI from social media the fastest. We are big believers that you should be posting on both your company account and personal accounts to grow your company and personal brand, and you don’t need to be booking meetings or seeing direct leads come in through social media. But we also believe that if you can book meetings you should absolutely do it. Between the clients we have doing this now: → We’ve booked 7 prospective customer meetings (3 of which have closed, and the others are in their pipeline) → We’ve scheduled 8 coffee chats with other industry experts who are sources of referrals → We’ve scheduled 1 podcast interview Growing your brand is a slow roll. But what can speed it up significantly is also investing in your personal branding. This is the same way that I’ve been able to grow my personal account to 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟱𝟬𝗞 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 in the last few years. P.S. We’ve got a few slots left for the end of the year - if you’re thinking about growing your personal and/or company social media reach out and let us know! [email protected]

3moLinkedIn's secret to success is personal account posts + company posts. There's no better way to grow your company's reach in your markets. Crazy that we've seen between 3-5X the number of impressions from personal accounts than we do in company accounts - but that's just the way LinkedIn's algorithm works.
