Not getting enough clients? The good news is that you DO NOT have to do or have ANY of the following things below: (saving you a TON of money and lost time) • Create a coaching program • A new sales funnel • Paid ads • A website • An instagram feed • A course portal • An online course • A podcast • A masterclass • Yet another certification or course • A mission statement • A rebranding • A bigger following • To become more confident • To visualize harder • Repeat affirmations What you DO need is to answer this: 1. What specific problem am I solving that people are actually willing to pay for? 2. For who specifically? 3. Where can I find them and talk to them? 4. What will I charge to help them solve their problem? Then go to them and talk about your offer until you sell for at least 10K CHF/100K SEK before doing anything else from the above list Selling being as simple as answering the question "What do you do?" with enthusiasm. If you don't sell enough, tweak point 1-4 until you do (don't fall into the trap of the wantrepreneur with the list above before you have proof of concept) You can do this I believe in you It doesn't have to take years to become profitable Freedom is so much closer than you think! You want to get discovered. Not in an " I want to be a star!" way, but in an "Oh, your offer is exactly what I need" way. I have two tracks I guide clients through when they're ready to build their visibility, depending on who they are and their experience. → Track One: Collab Active Lead Gens — This is perfect for someone just getting started on their content marketing journey. It provides a growth hack through a borrowed audience and quickly grows your email list full of warm leads. → Track Two: Signature Series—A signature series could be a monthly webinar, YouTube show, podcast, or public newsletter, and it gives you power! You own the stage. You suddenly get access to more business development opportunities. People want to hop on calls with you. Prospects already know, like, and trust you by the time they get on a sales call with you. How do I guide you to one track or the other? It comes down to these three things: 1. Content creation experience. 2. Existing audience. 3. Your magical gifts. Which track would you fall under? P.S. If you want to learn more about the two tracks, listen to episode 114 where I take you behind the scenes on building the Tiny Marketing Club (episode link in comments). P.P.S. OMG. You guys showed up. I have nearly 50 people signed up for the Four Funnels to Book 1:1 Clients tiny masterclass tomorrow at 12pm CST. Get in before you lose out on the bonuses! Link in the comments. *** Hi 👋 I'm Sarah. I help B2B service businesses launch and grow a lean, organic marketing engine that makes selling easy. Imagine not having to sell. Instead, your dream clients are excited to buy from you. If you struggle to fill your pipeline with ready-to-buy fans, DM me to learn more.

I have been there too Initially, it was unbearable. I cried. I aggressively reached out to prospects, hoping to get some work. Yes!!! It’s true—I didn’t have a single client for an entire month. I had no choice but to wait. And honestly, it was hard. I realized I wouldn’t survive unless I changed something. But what? 😳 Here’s what I did to overcome the anxiety, and wasted time. I had to stop acting like an “employee.” I didn’t have a team bringing me projects—it’s a business. And in my business, I had to be the CEO, marketer, lead generator, and sales manager all rolled into one. That’s when everything changed. I shifted my focus to building my online presence, and the results were shocking. Within a month, I started receiving multiple inquiries, leads, and prospects reaching out to me. So, if you’re in a phase where you don’t have any clients, don’t stress! Instead, focus on marketing. Here are a few ways you can get started: → Build a website and rank it on Google. → Focus on personal branding on LinkedIn. → Share valuable insights and updates on Instagram. → Start your own podcast. → Launch a YouTube channel. And much more… Remember: Sales is a byproduct of marketing. So, stop wasting time feeling sad about what you don’t have. Focus on what you can do with the resources you do have. Eventually, we all will figure it out. I’m sure you will too.

A quick hack to achieve that goal that seems impossible to reach…. Double the goal! Hear me out… Let’s say the goal is number of new clients, and you would like 10 new clients this month.🔥 You’d work back the process you’d need to go through, and the activity required to get to 10. This will likely be; 🚀x number of direct messages 🚀x number of cold calls 🚀x number of emails 🚀x number of pieces of content 🚀x number of podcasts 🚀x number of referrals Etc The problem with this is that most people naturally plan the activity to get to 10, in an ideal world, which will often equate to a lesser result. Especially when you factor in the unreliability of prospects! If you change the goal to 20, and plan the activity required for 20 new clients you’ll usually hit the 10 minimum, if you stick to the activity! Any result you want is only possible with the required activity, so plan the activity to double your goal, and you’ll never miss a target again! 🙌🏻 If your goal is new clients I’d be delighted to help you along with your activity by generating you some free leads! You can book a quick 15 min call so I can generate the perfect leads for you on the link in the comments. Ps, Remember, It’s not what you sell, It’s how you sell it!🎯

I used to think social media was the key to landing high-ticket clients. Was I ever wrong. I'd spend hours crafting the perfect post. The result? Crickets. 🦗 Then I stumbled onto something that changed everything: The power of books. Here's what happened when I published my first one: -A podcast host reached out for an interview -A mastermind group invited me to speak -I got 3 clients in the first 6 weeks I made 90K in my first 12 months as a coach. Why? Simple: A book proves you know your sh*t. It's the ultimate authority builder. Anyone can toss up a reel. No one can write a great book (who hasn’t earned it first). A book shows: You have deep knowledge You can articulate complex ideas You're committed to your craft It screams: "I'm an expert. Listen to me." Here's the kicker: You don't need to write the next NYT bestseller. You just need to package your expertise into a format that commands respect. And that's exactly what a book does. So, here's my challenge to you: Write that book you've been putting off. Your future high-ticket clients (and the credibility you already deserve) are waiting. P.S. If you're ready to turn your knowledge into a client-generating book (without spending months writing), I can help. Check out my book "Get Clients With a Book" in my Featured section. It's FREE and comes with a prebuilt writing template to get you started.

This is to coaches holding on to only social media to land high-ticket clients Asides from authoring a book, another thing that can help you land high-ticket clients is creating impactful courses that align with your coaching service. Brian Ellwood nailed the importance of authoring a book as a Coach in his post. Which is similar to the importance of having an online course. In addition, An online course helps you to: - Expand your reach - Build trust and strong relationship with your clients - Build legacy - Create a source of passive income for your business Have an online course already? Remember to use feedbacks from clients to keep updating and polishing your contents. Should you need help with creating, launching, designing, updating or marketing your online course? I am here to guide you all the way, just send a DM! 👉 Here's how we landed Fortune 400 clients: (without traditional sales methods)* Early on, I thought the only way to land big clients was the “traditional” way. Ads, cold emails, flashy pitches. All those spammy methods... It backfired (a lot) Here’s what we did instead (and what we learned): Big clients don’t care about how loud you are. They care about how well you understand their problems. 👈 So, we threw out the playbook and did it differently. Here’s what worked: 1️⃣ We became thought leaders. Every LinkedIn post, podcast, and whitepaper answered their biggest questions. We didn't do marketing. We did problem-solving. 2️⃣ We focused on relationships. Instead of chasing deals, we showed up with value. No hard sells. Just real conversations. 3️⃣ We played the long game. Fortune 400 clients don’t buy overnight. We proved our worth through small projects and earned their trust over time. Here's what happened next: - Multi-year contracts followed. - They came to us - no pitching required. - And we did it all without cold emails or paid ads. Trust beats tactics. Relationships win deals. When you stop chasing and start creating value, everything changes. What’s your best strategy for landing high-value clients?

We’ve used this sales funnel to secure multi 6, 7 & 8-figure clients. And then we build this sales funnel out for them too. Generally, they have a marketing manager working for their business.. ..but they don’t have someone who understands their voice, their stories & their value. That’s why they hire us. To use our story-driven marketing strategy to: → help them get the attention they deserve → stand out from their competitors → tell their stories → make sales Okay, enough with the chit-chat. Let’s get down to what you’re really reading this post for. The sales funnel you all need in your life: Building your brand on LinkedIn ↓ Adding value through your podcast / lead magnets / newsletters / emails ↓ Having DM conversations ↓ Continuing to post confidence-inspiring value ↓ Jumping on an alignment call (not a discovery call) ↓ Tada! You have a paying client No, it’s not revolutionary. Yes, it works for big and small companies using our story-driven strategy. No, it doesn’t happen overnight. Yes, you’ll build trust & credibility that’ll last a lifetime. If you’re looking for the real magic; the system straight from the top of billion-pound companies that we used to 5X our revenue, DM me ‘magic’ and I’ll send you the link.

3 WAYS TO BE UNDENIABLE The internet gurus tell you to make sales by telling clients what's in it for them and the benefits. I slightly disagree. What people are really asking now is, "Who are you, and why should I buy or listen to you?" Trust gives potential clients the permission to try your product or service, then your quality and delivery make them stay. If you get a lot of customer traffic but they don’t trust you, what is that worth? Trust is the number one reason why people buy. They're asking: Will he deliver? Can he do what he says he can do? Is he legit? To overcome these questions, here are three pillars to become undeniable: 1.Borrowed Credibility: Who are you seen with? Can a celebrity or influencer endorse you? This is why I encourage my students to take pictures with speakers at events and post those pictures. It causes their audiences to associate them with greatness. Another way to gain credibility is to start a podcast. Another way to get credibility is to speak on stage with great minds. 2.Your Results: The results you have produced in your life matter. Have you run a marathon, climbed a mountain, grown a business, or built an audience? Share your results; this creates social proof and opens doors for you. In the book "100 MILLION DOLLAR OFFERS," Alex Hormozi talks about how to use testimonials to make offers. Don’t discount your results. They may seem small to you, but they will inspire someone else. Did you just move to a new office for your business? Share it. Did you just buy a new manufacturing machine for your business? Share it. Results prove to clients that you’re advancing, and people like progress. 3.Your Clients' Results: Have you helped your clients move from point A to B, from darkness to light? Ask for their testimonials; they convince people. Am rooting for you PS: You can remain undeniable if you remain consistent in your field of endeavours

So far, we have a good number of warm leads from the cold emails we’ve sent. We’re working through the followups. I even have a call next week with a company that uses a competitor and is possibly looking to switch. One of the things that I did not expect about cold email is the tiny number of companies who turn the emails around on us. I think I mentioned the one who wanted me to go on their podcast in exchange for hearing my pitch. This week, I got one where they wanted to do a double-header call where I pitch them for 30 mins and they pitch me for 30 mins. I would possibly have entertained both of those things, but neither of those emails actually expressed any interest in using Stunning. With my limited free time, I feel like that would be a waste of my time. Over the past 12 years I’ve found that good Stunning customers are not the ones that I have to work too hard to convince. It’s the ones who have a burning failed payments issue and need someone to help them fix it now. I have more important things to focus on at the moment, like the partnership that we are currently working on. So far it’s been good. There is a lot of integration code to write between our two companies, but we are working through it. We’re excited and they’re excited, which is a great thing to have from a partnership. I’m also continuing to figure out what our full homepage redesign will include, jotting down ideas and looking at other marketing sites for inspiration. More on that soon!
