After an incredible journey spanning three years, it is with a mix of emotions that I bid farewell to all of you. My time at Sprinklr has been nothing short of transformative, filled with invaluable experiences and profound growth. First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Abhishek Priyam sir. His unwavering guidance, exceptional leadership, and trust in my abilities have played an indispensable role in shaping my professional trajectory. A heartfelt shoutout is also owed to my esteemed managers - Amogh, Lokesh, Shubhi and Vivek. Your continuous support, mentorship, and provision of opportunities have been instrumental in my journey. Each of you has contributed significantly to my development and for that, I am immensely grateful. From leading a remarkable AI team comprising over 35+ talented individuals to managing some of the world's most renowned customer logos, Sprinklr has provided me with numerous opportunities for growth and learning. Over the past 10 months, I had the privilege of spearheading the product development and enhancement of our Sprinklr Service AI+ Agent Assist module. This experience gave me invaluable insights into building and scaling generative AI-powered products. I am proud to have contributed meaningfully to the day-to-day operations of my product, from GTM and pre-sales to implementation projects and post-sales customer support. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of my exceptional team - Vaibhav, Puru, Rishabh, Pushkar and Deepak. Your dedication and teamwork have been truly inspiring. As I embark on a new chapter, I carry with me three key takeaways from the Sprinklr Way that will resonate with me for a lifetime: 1. People never forget how you make them feel: Kindness and empathy should always guide our interactions. 2. Customer-obsessed: It is paramount to empathize with customer problems and go above and beyond to address them effectively. 3. Fix it, don't complain: Challenges are inevitable, but our focus should always be on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems. While my time at Sprinklr may be drawing to a close, I will forever remain a champion of this remarkable organization. I extend my best wishes to each and every one of you as you continue to drive forward with passion, dedication, and innovation. Customers are better editors than creators. Core principle we believe in at Ecosystems. So much so it's a key influencer of our product roadmap. Arguably most important in early stage discovery and developing a POV. What now should be tables takes (but unfortunately isn't) is to identify strategic priorities and business risks using public filings, if they're private... try their closest public competitor or if you can summarize industry insights. What used to take days/weeks/multiple conversations now takes seconds with the right resources and prompts. An example might be if I'm selling a partnership solution and targeting Workday I'd look to bring this key finding into my outreach and conversations and get curious about how they scale their efforts outside their core partners listed below, their Workday Marketplace, and their Industry Accelerator program.
