What was missing at the Post and Parcel Expo 2024 Here are the four things I want to see changed for the next year's event: 🟡 The relatively low presence of software vendors in an increasingly digital logistics landscape. 🟡 The near-absence of AI-powered solutions despite their potential to optimize delivery and customer service processes. 🟡 The lack of robotic and autonomous delivery systems on display, even though automation is crucial for the future of last-mile logistics. 🟡 Some exhibitors could have stepped up their marketing and sales efforts, with a few empty booths and lacklustre engagement seeming out of place in such a competitive industry. Overall, addressing these gaps represents exciting opportunities for innovation and growth in the logistics sector. What do you think are the most pressing priorities moving forward?

One of my favourite events is the annual NACS show. I remember the first time I went to this show, stood in the lobby entrance and paused for a good two minutes to absorb everything around me.
