$250,000 worth of pipeline generated in the first 30 days of sending for our software dev client and a lead for every 339 prospects contacted. Here are a few key fundamentals on how we ran this campaign: 1️⃣ Super targeted lead lists: all of our campaigns were sub niches of healthcare/med tech and each sub niche had slightly different nuances in messaging. 2️⃣ CTA doesn't have to be a something for "free" - it's sometimes hard to give free services away for clients, but expertise and knowledge to your market can be just as juicy to prospects. For example: "Can I share a 2min video on challenges we faced when integrating with XYZ?" 3️⃣ 1st line generated by AI with a twist. We just didn't tell the AI to write me a first line, we gave the AI some ammunition: recent news, info about ICP, info about clients offer (all separate columns in Clay) and then tagged them in the prompt with Anthropic Claude Sonnet. Finally, I told the AI to write a question in a Josh Braun style. Format: - observation statement - poke the bear question Then in another column, I used AI to just humanise and adjust reading level to 8th grade. Other Tech stack credits: LeadMagic - for finding emails and validations, best in the game BounceBan (Verify risky emails without sending messages) - catch all validation wizards OpenAI - well its just a part of the furniture at this point EmailGuard - the goats for email deliverability and they also made a super sleek private sequencer. With all respect, I think 1 lead for 339 contacts is an indicator that either the leadlist, the product placing or messaging is off :) For example: I am testing several hypothesis now, and the 8.7% reply rate with 90% of it being positive is the only one, I would pursue. The other ones clearly have no PMF for me, yet. If you need pointers let me know

What a brilliant campaign this is! 🚀 I also appreciate how you narrowed down sub-niches and adjusted messaging in the healthcare/med-tech space. It shows how understanding your ICP and hyper-targeting can go a long way. I also like the other strategy with the CTA – offering knowledge or insights rather than ‘free’ services, which is far more appealing to leads, especially in complex industries. That 2-minute video example is an awesome way of displaying worth without sounding too salesy. Going into more detail on the lead generation aspect, the use of AI and contextual data to come up with the first lines is epic. AI is not something to undermine, but feeding it strong prompts like ‘this is what the media says about recent news’ and ‘this is the profile of the target audience’ is where the magic happens. Adjusting for an 8th-grade reading level is a solid tactic for ensuring readability and engagement. Appreciate you sharing how you did it! LeadMagic and EmailGuard sound like good products to add to a tech stack, I will check them out. I will be interested to see how other verticals embrace this type of accuracy!
