"You are so devious". Not the feedback I would normally welcome, but when it's said affectionately, and is referring to the way Emma Anderson and I support coachees to see things differently in our group coaching, then I'll take it 🙂 #groupcoaching #creativecoaching #careercoaching

Challenged yesterday in the best possible way, when my Head of coaching asked me those question : - What do you feel you are good at when it comes to coaching? - What would you want external people to see when they see you coaching? - What is your mid-term/long term coaching plan? After the initial freeze, getting deep into your own belief made that conversation so helpful for my own development. Finding strength in yourself is OK, and say it out loud that you feel that you are good at something is OK too! Now onto make my strength a "super strength" and keep developing surrounded by quality mentors. #strongertogether 🔵 ⚪ James Barlow

An end is a new beginning, it depends upon how you see it and where you focus! Q. What do you see ahead of you? Q. Where is your focus? A door closes, a window opens ❤️ In coaching, a coach helps the client to answer the above two questions from the clients self (a space within), and this small shift in perspective can be opening up of a whole new Universe for the client to see 💫 Have you ever experienced a powerful reflective conversation, if yes, do share your story and experience of the same 🙏 Butterfly Coaching Academy 🦋 #coaching #coachtraining #perspective #shift #awareness

In group coaching, it is crucial to think about how to frame the language of our conversation to emphasize that it is about change, shift, and building awareness, rather than simply providing a list of the top 10 things to do. What are your thoughts? Do you agree with Maribel Aleman, MBA, PCC #groupcoaching #coachingskills #coachingtraining #coachingmindset

When delving into Coaching with clients, I frequently find it valuable to clarify the variances between Individual, group, and team coaching. Today, while seated at my favorite local coffee shop, I jotted down these distinctions on a sticky note. I'd love to hear your thoughts and 'yes, and's! 🌟 #Coaching #ProfessionalDevelopment
