Thank you, Dr R.L Bhatia and the WORLD HRD Congress! It was all about striving to #bebetter....but how? Is there anything better than upskilling yourself? Naaaaa.....! Today, earned my Professional Certified Coach (ICF - Level 2 Coach) credentials. Thank you Coach-To-Transformation, Arvind Ramasundaram, Anita Gupta, International Coaching Federation, and all my wonderful batchmates for helping me deep-dive and learn the finer aspects of coaching. My gratitude will be incomplete if I don't talk about the many who helped me set this foundation way back in 2016. My coaching journey started with learning NLP at NLP Top Coach, thank you Sebastien Leblond, Luke Salway (Coachology) for inspiring me to walk the path you were already mastering! I am happy to announce that I have received my ICF ACTC designation. This is the newest designation from the ICF for Team Coaching. I started my journey early this year learning from the masters from Coach-To-Transformation. This is an international school and my classes were from 12 AM to 3 AM every Friday for 4 months! The ACTC designation also requires applying your team coaching skills and coaching at least five teams. You are also required to pass an exam. It was a tough journey but I am glad I was successful. I wouldn't be here without the support from Madhuri Kale, Choy Kiew Ho (Cheong), and especially Aljamil Ismail, ACC. Thank you, all.
