Measured? - What skill sets, tools, and tech would enable it? This is a brand-new function. It's tasked with helping the business reach it's goals AND the employers to grow and thrive. There is no legacy stigma or perceptions you have to overcome. This is...new. I'm excited to see where we take this discussion. 🙌🏼
