Main Responsibilities · Supervises the day-to-day operations of maintenance to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures. · Monitor utilities consumption and control by utilities saving projects to meet utilities KPIs · Review Maintenance KPIs and set plans to achieve targets Review the implementation of AM & PM activities · Define Maintenance strategies to be followed for all maintenance activities and assure their implementation · Ensure that all equipment and machinery are working with highest efficiency to reduce technical stoppages. · Monitor energy supply and usage (power, electricity, water, ……………….) of the Plants to achieve production plan. · Ensure that all activities are monitored, and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards · Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and objectives.
