These insights help restaurants understand what drives customer satisfaction and where they need to improve. Additionally, we calculated the average length of reviews and explored how it correlates with ratings. Interestingly, longer reviews tend to reflect higher ratings, suggesting that customers who are pleased with their experience are more likely to provide detailed feedback. 2️⃣ Votes Analysis: Impact of Popularity on Ratings We identified restaurants with the highest and lowest number of votes, shedding light on customer engagement. Our analysis showed a positive correlation between the number of votes and the rating. This means that restaurants with more votes generally tend to have better reviews, possibly due to a larger customer base providing diverse feedback. 3️⃣ Price Range vs. Online Delivery & Table Booking Lastly, we explored the relationship between price range and the availability of online delivery and table booking services.
