"It Can't Happen Here!" On November 5, 2017, the tragic mass shooting at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, served as a stark reminder that the sentiment “It can’t happen here” is a dangerous misconception. This event, the deadliest church shooting in U.S. history, claimed 26 lives and left 22 wounded. Such incidents highlight the pressing need for proactive security measures in houses of worship. Dr. Michael Brown, President of MDB Consulting Agency, LLC, emphasizes that churches face a range of threats beyond active shooter events, including vandalism, arson, and theft. Alarmingly, the U.S. Justice Department reports that 13.3% of all hate crimes are based on religion, yet many churches remain unprepared. Dr. Brown’s security workshops focus on practical strategies such as: - Proactive Active Shooter Response Techniques: Empowering civilians to use distraction tactics to aid in escape or subdue a shooter. - Volunteer Security Teams: Organizing patrols to monitor facilities during services and spot suspicious activities. - Tailored Emergency Procedures: Crafting action plans for active shooter scenarios and other emergencies. By conducting thorough security assessments and implementing these strategies, churches can better protect their congregants and foster a safer environment. Here we are with another FEMA failure story, so once again we the people have the capacity to shape and share a truthful narrative about Hurricane Helene. What has happened in the TVA Appalachia region of Georgia, western NC and northeast TN is apocalyptic. And FEMA and the FEDS have become the problem, not the solution. The Federal government and the Marxist DEM MSM propaganda machine are LYING to America doing all they can to kill this story. We have personal and professional networks; we belong to many likeminded professional groups and associations; we engage with the local community through our presence and participation in groups such as Rotary or church or PTA, etc. thereby multiplying our messaging power. Share this truth with one of your friends or connections and ask them to do the same! Do not let the Biden/Harris regime bury these stories.

MUST WATCH: If you want to know what's REALLY happening in North Carolina - you should listen to the PEOPLE on the ground.... not the media... and definitely not the government. This was sent to me by a member of #lawenforcement in North Carolina - this local woman heads up volunteers and shared what they've had to go through with FEMA. According to this brave soul, it got so messy that her sheriff reportedly ended up kicking FEMA out of his county and taking over the operations. Important note for ALL Americans: YOUR sheriff (if you have one) has exponentially more authority in your local region than just about any government agency. REPOST and amplify her voice!! #thinblueline #lawenforcement

Lead, Follow or get out of the way! If the Agency appointed to provide assistance prevents emergency response to Americans in crisis, then they are not our government, of the people, for the people and by the people! The President can issue an executive order to use the military to save americans! This is a no brainer, which is what our administrTion has…”NO BRAIN”! We must put aside our differences and work together to save lives! AMERICA IS BURNING PEOPLE! Do not let Bureaucracy stand in the way of saving lives! Identify those who stand opposed to reaching survivors that need rescuing and respectfully recovering those who have perished. This disaster is exposing the disasters in our administration! Now is the time for results, not excuses!

City Managers/Chiefs ~ FEMA just announced they are offering $ 1.8 billion in FEMA Preparedness Grants. Many of their Grants have been earmarked for Cybersecurity preparedness, critical infrastructure protection, and efforts to counter violent extremism. They are encouraging greater collaboration and coordination among federal, state, and local, partners. Get with surrounding/neighboring municipalities/agencies and submit a Human Trafficking grant application to tag in with other cities/agencies including DPS. Great Community Policing opportunities as well. Help stop a growing crime... #communiitypolicing, #FEMAGrants, #InterLocalJurisdictionalPrograms, #MunicipalCollaborations

Honored to have spoken at the Continuing Challenge Hazmat Conference in Sacramento, California last week, where I discussed key elements of terrorism response for firefighters, including the coordination of services and resources.💣 We explored the complexity of deploying multiple apparatus and specialized units to urban centers during suspicious package incidents or white powder threats. 🚒 The discussion emphasized the importance of having the right balance between fire, hazmat, law enforcement, and medical units to ensure a safe and effective response. A coordinated multi-agency effort is crucial for navigating these high-risk scenarios and protecting our communities. 🇺🇸💥 #FirefighterTraining #ContinuingChallenge2024 #HazmatPreparedness #UrbanSafety
