The phrase "location, location, location" is commonly used in business, but why? Well, there are several reasons, but the two most important reasons are to attain/retain talent and real estate costs. If you are thinking about buying or leasing commercial real-estate in the third top ranked U.S metro, let's talk.
The Houston region has once again ranked third among top U.S. metros for attracting new business, while Texas earned its 12th consecutive Governor’s Cup. Read more: https://ow.ly/P51N50QK3qc

Thank you to Atlantic Business Magazine for recognizing the impact and importance of continuing to celebrate women in business. Many people do not realize that the advertising industry continues to be male dominated in senior leadership positions. It makes me tremendously proud to accept this award for the amazing growth our agency has had. I share this honor with my female business partner Susan Clarke and all the female leaders at m5 (btw, 75% of our manager level and above employees are women and that is double the industry average). We have proven that putting women in leadership positions brings diversity, creativity, collaboration, and empathy to the workplace. And we have shown that you can do that and be successful in business. This International Women’s Day I am reflecting on the great conversations I have been part of the last few days. Here is a quick summary of key nuggets of advice I have heard: Take up space. Your ideas and thoughts have value. Share them confidently. Share them with a smile. Be your true self. Don’t hide parts of yourself or your personality. Be authentic. Be vulnerable. This should not be misunderstood as not being professional. Shake off the fear. You are going to be afraid, there is no way to avoid that. But learn and practice putting that fear aside. Allow room for people to grow and change. This is the goal in life, so give others that benefit as well. Be kind. Always. Full stop. Laugh often and deep. Find a career, workplace, colleges, friends that you can laugh with. I didn’t hear this, but I felt it. Lots of laughing this week and it reminded me what a privilege it is to have that in my life at work and at home.
From research to executive VP, Heather Dalton's career with m5 the agency has been on a constant upward trajectory. Congratulations to Heather on being named one of Atlantic Canada’s #25MostPowerful #WomenInBusiness. Photo: David Howells

Great news for South Australia with Premier Peter Malinauskas discussing our state’s once-in-a-generation opportunity to be a world leader in renewable hydrogen energy, green steel and copper production. South Australia is already Australia’s renewable energy powerhouse, and the State Government’s Hydrogen Jobs Plan promises to put our state at the global forefront of this transformational renewable energy source.
So much of our State’s history rests in the Upper Spencer Gulf. And now’s our chance to take the next step.

A better future includes raising the bar on Subject Matter Expertise across the board. Program/Project Managers run into this quite often. I've run into countless non-PM professionals who thought that these skills could just be bolted on by people with Technological expertise. They can't. #problemsolving #technology #ai #awareness #communication #excellence #creativity #education #science #programmanagement #projectmanagement #leadership
This, Simon Bruni. I have translated over 300 films, series and documentaries. I can guarantee, same as any of my colleagues, that no AI can beat human translators. And no, the human-in-the-loop approach with MTPE isn't the answer either. We don't want to be glorified proofreaders to a machine. If you want human quality, pay for human translation. Simple as that. https://lnkd.in/dTNrXSWN
