Highlighting Wave Swell Energy's innovative breakwater application: Wave Swell Energy’s (WSE) technology is versatile. Its units can be installed in existing breakwaters or form a new breakwater by placing WSE units side by side. This is an innovative and disruptive global application as an often asked question is how might revenue be generated from a breakwater? Typically a breakwater represents a substantial sunk cost. WSE has a solution - a breakwater incorporating WSE units doubles as both an adaptation and mitigation measure - i.e. it alleviates coastal erosion and produces electricity, and with that generates a reliable annuity revenue stream.
