How can you make the most out of your data and use them to optimize your #GTM Strategy? The challenge lies in harnessing rather than in acquiring it. Despite what's commonly said, #Data is not the new oil. In contrast to oil, data is plentiful and probably won't ever end. In my latest series of articles on RocketX's blog, we explore "How to Build a Data-Driven GTM Strategy" and transition from gut-based decision-making to a data-backed one. In a nutshell, building a data-driven #Gotomarket strategy includes the following steps: 👉 Identify your starting point: Evaluate your current data collection, storage, and utilization practices. Are you capturing the correct information efficiently and securely? 👉 Build Your Data Model: Customize your data model to fit your business needs. This step is foundational for enhancing customer experience and ensuring scalability. 👉 Design Your Processes: Your processes should align with your customer journey. Visualize it as two parallel venues that run side-by-side and cross each other at specific points. Your goal is to establish processes seamlessly integrating with these intersections and accelerating your customer through stages. 👉 Set Up Your Tech Stack: Choose tools that integrate well, support your processes, and enhance team performance. Your tech stack, particularly your CRM, should serve as a single source of truth. 👉 Keep on Optimizing: Gather feedback and design an optimization action plan. Segment your customers, identify friction points, streamline handoffs, apply automation, and establish feedback loops to constantly refine your strategy.
