I cannot recommend this enough. This is one of the most powerful and transformative critical thinking tools that gets way too little exposure. The book, “It’s Not Luck” (sequel to The Goal) is an excellent introduction to conflict resolution, the Thinking Processes, and the Evaporating Cloud. Of course, by Dr. Eliyahu M. Goldratt, Ph.D.
