It’s easy to feel pulled in every direction. No matter where you are in the cycle, we see the incredible effort you put into shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals. I had the fortunate opportunity to be asked to develop a 4min video on my path from academia to industry for a CIHR funded program called myroad.ca. There were four main questions, which we split into four videos. This video is my answer to, in a broad sense, what medical education companies do. My take home message is that medical education is a great tool for filling in the "skill" gap for managing a patient on a new-to-clinic therapy. But these were just my quick thoughts and Med Ed is much more than this. How do you think medical education impacts healthcare?

Whether you’re preparing for exams, working on projects or developing clinical skills, maintaining high motivation helps you stay focused. To keep that momentum going, try organizing your study schedule so you can stay on top of your tasks. Setting daily or weekly goals is a great way to track your progress and celebrate those small wins along the way.
