Using an outbound dialer can increase the efficiency of your outbound campaigns, but it’s not always a feasible solution. Agents often need to manually return calls, whether responding to voicemails left overnight or following up on sales leads. One way to reduce your Average Handle Time (AHT) on these calls when you reach a customer’s voicemail is to automate voicemail being left for the customer with your agent’s personalized message.
