🌟 Inspired by Innovation: Discovering MILO, a Black-Owned EdTech Pioneer 🌟 While I didn’t attend AfroTech this year, my curiosity led me to an incredible discovery—MILO, a Black-owned EdTech company that’s changing the face of education. MILO’s mission is clear and powerful: to close learning gaps for underserved students by equipping educators with tools that foster equity, inclusion, and cultural responsiveness. Their platform offers online teacher training, empowering educators to create learning environments that celebrate diversity and promote meaningful connections with students. With over 550 certified teachers and nearly 280,000 students impacted, MILO is proving that when we invest in educators, we invest in the future. From webinars to panel discussions, they’re not just talking about diversity—they’re taking action to reshape education for generations to come. This discovery has left me inspired by the possibilities of what education can look like when innovation and inclusion take the lead. 💬 How do you think tech can create more equitable classrooms? Let’s brainstorm! #EdTech #TeacherTraining #InnovationInEducation #BlackOwnedBusiness #FutureOfLearning
