Loved being at last Thursday’s Axios Communicators Live event in NYC! The lineup was outstanding, with top communication executives from Google, National Football League (NFL), OpenAI and Burson sharing invaluable insights on the evolving media landscape and the power of storytelling. Plus Kareem Rahma's insights and career journey was fascinating. The energy in the room was electric—a packed house full of smart, passionate comms pros. Huge thanks to Eleanor Hawkins and Axios for putting together such an impactful and meaningful event.

Tonight's Axios Communicators event was great and the live Q&A was a highlight. Massive shoutout to Eleanor Hawkins and Sara Fischer for their interview prowess. The conversations with Katie Hill from the National Football League (NFL) and Lindsey Held Bolton from OpenAI were incredibly insightful. My main takeaways: 🔑 The best quality of a world class communicator is curiosity. 🔑 When there’s a sprawling ecosystem and a wide variety of stakeholders, you need incredible message discipline. 🔑 Everything starts with the product. If your product is strong, the rest falls into place.

VIDEO STAR I held a special zoominar, with very special guests - CMO of Spectrum Reach, the inimitable Michael Guth, and CMO of New York Life, the brilliant Amy Hu. I would definitely call it a rollicking discussion, focused on how these two harness the chaos of today’s CTV fragmentation. We had an amazing crowd - the zoom was full! I was my usual self. Both Amy and Michael, who both have BIG gigs, were both far more frank than most panelists on most days. (thank you for that you two!).
