It’s all about comfort over frills, soft non-restrictive mix and match of pieces that are minimal. Polished: polish is all about being chic and elegant. There’s a level of sophistication and a knot to soft tailoring or tailoring in general. It’s lure, luxurious and typically monochromatic neutrals think black white ivory and gray has a minimalist approach and looks carefully considered. Powerful: I’ll sweep in discussing this month. Red is the color that holds the weight of the style identity. Powerful Rihanna is rocking her powerful, red lip, and nails to complete the look.

Really interesting to see how the youth, Hip Hop and others have rejuvenated the iconic Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra collection. London Fashion Week has received quite the buzz for being eclectic, daring, and above all, interesting, as critics have taken to the brands that shocked us—in the best way—with the pieces that came down the runway. And, while I agree—London and Milan have definitely been more avant-garde this year—I don't want this fact to detract from #NYFW and the timeless elegance from the runway; with designers returning to tailored looks and structured pieces. This "tailored" trend has continued, and I hope it's here to stay. But, most importantly, I appreciate the practicality of the collections I've seen. Designer brands, although some may not take too kindly to this, are accessible again in a way they haven't been. Designers have produced pieces that I can see being incorporated into my own wardrobe, and into my clients', with a ✨simplicity✨ that is different from years prior. But, most importantly, #NYFW24 showed us that "American" style has returned, and in a way that distinguishes home-grown brands from others, thanks to collections by the likes of Sergio Hudson, Ralph Lauren, Willy Chavarria, and The Brooklyn Circus.
