Think of content reuse like your favorite playlist—you don’t need a new one every week to keep enjoying the songs. By repurposing, you’re giving your audience the chance to connect with ideas they may have missed or see them in a fresh light. For instance, if you posted a popular article about time management last year, break it down into bite-sized tips for social media this month, or turn it into an infographic for easy sharing. Tip: Look at your analytics to find high-performing content, then think of three new formats for it. A blog post can become a carousel post, a short video, or a newsletter feature—keeping your best ideas alive and adding value for your audience in new ways.

We're naturally drawn to the unknown, which is why clickbait is so effective. (But don't be clickbait. Have some real content to that hook.) So, fellow content creators, are you leveraging curiosity to drive clicks? Let's discuss! Share your thoughts below. #SocialMediaTips #ContentCreation #CuriosityMarketing

Content categories (aka pillars) work! They are a guiding light when you stray. They build your reputation as an expert in your niche. What are they? It's simple. Content categories are recurring themes or topics you can use to organize your content plan. You can have content categories for your captions AND your visuals. This a game-changer, especially if you use lifestyle photos on your social media. Pillar content helps your audience and the algorithm know what to expect from you, AND it makes your grid look pretty. What are your content categories?

Social media is packed with content. Here’s what works: ♦️ Focus on a Niche Broad messages get lost. Niche content hits the right audience. It’s not about reaching everyone— It’s about being relevant to the right people. ♦️ Plan with Content Pillars Random posts are hard to follow. Using 3-4 content pillars makes it easier. For example: -> Educational tips (help your audience) -> Stories (share your journey) -> Engagement (ask questions, encourage discussions) It brings clarity to your content. And consistency keeps your followers interested. ♦️ Repurpose Smartly Turn a blog post into an infographic. Split a video into smaller clips. Create a carousel from key takeaways. Same content, new format. Are you leveraging these strategies? Drop a comment and let’s talk about how to make your content work harder for you! 📩

What's the right cadence for publishing new content? As with nearly everything, the answer is "it depends." A few considerations: -your audience (the most important factor) -the platform -the type of content you're publishing -your capacity -industry norms How often your audience expects new content, whether you're sending emails, posting on social media, publishing blog posts, building a YouTube channel, or using some other platform, along with how often you have something worthwhile to say all make a big difference in how frequently you should be publishing. Parsing through your data, doing audience research, and surveying what other companies in your industry are doing are all pillars of a solid content strategy, and without a strategy you're probably just adding noise without signal. Often, figuring all of this stuff out feels overwhelming—especially if you're getting requests from different teams, you need to respond to requests from the CEO, three roles on your team are unfilled, and your to-do list for today will take at least a week to get through. When the question is deceptively simple—How often should we be publishing?—but you don't have the time or resources to properly answer it, you might want to consider strategic consulting.
