Bord Bia International Insights Specialist Fionnuala Fahy contributed to the recent Mediaplanet UK & IE 'Future of Manufacturing and Sustainable Food' supplement in the Irish Independent, writing about the importance of transparency in food production, and the emphasis on food waste amongst consumers. These insights and learnings were gathered through Bord Bia commissioned research, conducted with 9,000 consumers across six countries (Ireland, UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands and USA).
