Dear Qatar Airways, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the prolonged delay and lack of communication following the selection process for the cabin crew role. It is extremely disheartening to have been kept waiting since November, especially after signing the e-offer and being led to believe that we would soon begin our journey with your esteemed airline. What exacerbates this situation is the apparent discrepancy in the treatment of candidates. It is very concerning to observe that candidates from European countries are receiving their dates of joining (DOJ) within a month, while many of us have been waiting for feedback for eight months. This gives the impression of preferential treatment and raises questions about the fairness and professionalism of the process. We believe that all candidates, regardless of their nationality, deserve to be treated with the same level of respect and consideration. We understand that operational requirements and other factors might influence the onboarding process. However, it is profoundly unfair to keep candidates, who were selected and offered positions, in a state of limbo for such an extended period. This prolonged uncertainty is not only causing significant anxiety but also preventing us from pursuing other career opportunities. We are left in a position where our lives are on hold, unable to make plans or move forward. We kindly request that you provide clear and transparent communication regarding our status and an estimated timeline for our onboarding. It is crucial for us to have some clarity so that we can make informed decisions about our future. We urge Qatar Airways to consider the impact this delay is having on the lives of its prospective employees and to take steps to address this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution Qatar Airways Qatar Airways

Dear Qatar Airways, How could you treat us like this? We were ready to join after you asked us to resign from our jobs, yet you postponed our dates of joining, told us not to reapply, and left us hanging for months. We waited patiently, trusting your promises, and now you've rejected over 300 of us without any explanation. It's like we're nothing to you. Are we not worthy of an answer? We passed every stage—final interviews, photo and medical requirements, signed offers, got dates of joining, and had valid visas. What did we do wrong? Some of us even changed our names, whitened our teeth, and lost weight to meet your expectations, spending so much time and money Becauseyou asked us to do these things. We've been treated like we're disposable, and it's beyond frustrating. It's heartbreaking and dehumanizing. How can you call yourselves the best airline in the world when you treat people like this? We need answers, Qatar Airways. We deserve better. Qatar Airways Qatar Airways Qatar Airways Qatar Airways

Dear followers , please see the good way hr qr has explained my rejection. Dear Chaaban Ben mongi Lahmar, Applicant ID: 374784 Thank you for taking the time to apply to Airport Operations Coordinator and going through our hiring process. We appreciate your interest in joining the Qatar Airways Group. Though your achievements are impressive, they didn’t exactly match with what we were looking for in this particular job. We are afraid that due to the high level of applications we are unable to provide individual feedback but we want you to know that there are a few main reasons why it might not have worked out on this occasion: 1. There might be a more qualified candidates for the role; 2. A shift in Priorities – we might have decided that we needed to take a different direction based on changing business needs; 3. Timing – sometimes it doesn’t work out for the role you want and what we have available. It does not mean that you are not qualified or capable of doing the role. We do understand that being rejected is always disappointing but please continue to explore career opportunities within our organization by visiting our website's career page; we believe that your skills and experience may align with other roles in the future. Local PRM work force ### My Experience as a PRM Manager at a Saudi Airport As a PRM (Passenger with Reduced Mobility) manager at a Saudi airport, I have had the unique opportunity to witness and influence the development of essential services that cater to one of the most vulnerable passenger groups. This role has been both rewarding and challenging, particularly in terms of staffing and local workforce development. ### Challenges in Enrolling Saudi Nationals in PRM Services One of the primary challenges we face is the high turnover rate among Saudi nationals in PRM services. Many employees leave these positions in search of higher-paying jobs, making it difficult to maintain a stable and experienced workforce. This turnover disrupts service continuity and hampers our ability to provide consistent, high-quality care to our PRM passengers. Additionally, there is often a perception that PRM services are less prestigious or offer limited career growth compared to other opportunities. ### Investment in Local Youth Despite these challenges, I am proud of the strides we have made in investing in Saudi youth within our company. We have implemented various initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining local talent. For example, we offer comprehensive training programs that equip new hires with the skills needed to excel in their roles. These programs include not only technical training but also customer service and sensitivity training to ensure our PRM passengers receive the best care possible. We have seen promising results from these efforts. Some of our most dedicated employees began their careers with us in entry-level positions, such as wheelchair operators, and have progressed to supervisory roles overseeing entire shifts. Their growth and development demonstrate the potential for a fulfilling career within PRM services. ### The Current State of Local PRM Workforce However, our efforts have not yet translated into widespread success across all airports. Currently, the proportion of local Saudis in PRM roles at our international airports remains disappointingly low, at around 5%. This means that there is still a vast potential workforce—95%—available for local hire that remains untapped. This underrepresentation of local talent in PRM services is a significant barrier to achieving a sustainable and culturally resonant workforce. ### The Path Forward To build a future in airport services and improve PRM services, we need a concerted effort from both airport operators and stakeholders to invest more heavily in local talent. This includes: 1. **Competitive Compensation:** Offering salaries that are competitive with other sectors to attract and retain Saudi nationals. This could involve benchmarking against other industries and adjusting pay scales accordingly. To be contenued

✈️ **Can You Become a Cabin Crew?** We are thrilled to share our new theme song and its amazing lyrics with you! What is it really like to be a flight attendant? Many people view the role as a dream job because you get paid to travel the world, take photos, enjoy amazing food, and attend lots of parties. However, much like a beautiful car, what truly makes a difference is what's under the hood—whether it be the engine, the spare parts, or all the little nuts and bolts. This is exactly what many people fail to research when they apply for a cabin crew position. It's statistically proven that the success rate for securing a cabin crew job is just 3% during the application and interview process within the aviation industry. Every day, I see many candidates scouring the internet for interview questions and trying to memorize the answers, missing the main point: it's not about the answer as much as how it’s delivered. Airlines, especially those in the GCC region, hire you for who you are and your character, not just for what you know. Once you join an airline, you will be trained or retrained if you were an ex-cabin crew member. The most important foundation is the human being reflected in their outlook and behavior, which is why only 3% make the cut. If you're still reading this, you either have some interest in the field, are researching to become a flight attendant, or perhaps you would like to learn more about the life skills and training I offer. Or maybe you’re planning to headhunt me for a job. In any case, well done for making it this far through the article. #CabinCrew #FlightAttendant #Aviation #Airlines #GCCAirlines #CareerDevelopment #LifeSkills #TravelJobs #AviationTraining

Are you interested in becoming a cabin crew member but unsure where to start? Here's a valuable tip: avoid unauthorized third-party agencies or individuals claiming to offer cabin crew jobs in exchange for money. These are often scams. Instead, follow these steps: 1. Regularly check the career pages of airlines you're interested in. 2. Look for legitimate job openings and apply directly through their official website. 3. Fill out the application form and submit your CV. 4. Wait for the airline's recruitment team to respond within the specified timeframe. Remember: reputable airlines NEVER charge fees or require payment for hiring. Stay vigilant, and best of luck on your cabin crew journey! #CabinCrew #AviationJobs #CareerAdvice #JobSearch #ScamAlert
