The winning companies were determined based on a comprehensive global customer satisfaction survey conducted over a period of several months and including more than 375 airline companies. Over the past few years, Saudi Airlines has achieved great successes in the same classification, according to which it was classified as “the most advanced airline in the world.” 3 Several times, its ranking rose in 7 years from 82nd place in 2017 to reach 23rd in 2023, reaching 20th place in 2024, according to the company’s account on LinkedIn.
The “SHINE” #transformation program, from which Saudi Airlines launches its initiatives aimed at #enhancing guest experience and the efficiency of operational #performance, in addition to various #services and #products , played a major role in achieving this #achievement, leading to the launch of its #identity and new era last year, during which it began a new phase in all aspects of its operations.
