🌟 Growing as a Business Professional at Western Michigan University 🌟 This past semester, I had the privilege of taking Leadership and Business Strategy at WMU Haworth, a course that challenged me to grow both personally and professionally. It was an incredible journey focused on building confidence, developing leadership skills, and preparing for the business world. One of my biggest takeaways was gaining the confidence to step outside of my comfort zone and start expanding my professional network—a goal I’ve been eager to achieve. This class truly set the foundation for my next steps, and I’m excited to continue this journey in the next section of the course: serving as a Business Analyst in a practicum experience. I’m grateful to the faculty and my peers at Western Michigan University, including Dr. Doug Lepisto, for creating such an inspiring environment for growth.
