Are you a Quality Engineer? Are you frustrated with the challenges in maintaining high-quality standards? With over 25 years of experience in recruiting Inspectors, Quality Engineers and Quality Managers, I have a good understanding of the frustrations many engineers face. Often there is a lack of investment available to purchase new technology which impedes your ability to ensure a quality product is manufactured. Inadequate Training and Development opportunities are common. Moreover, poor leadership significantly impacts on job satisfaction. Frequent conflicts and lack of cooperation from other teams often create a challenging work environment. This all increases workload, heightened stress levels, creates unrealistic deadlines and leads to burnout.
