Pedagogy refers to the teaching methods and practices employed by educators to facilitate effective learning. Differentiated teaching makes learning and teaching easier because instructional approach recognises and responds to students' diverse learning needs, abilities, and interests in a classroom. It aims to provide an optimal learning environment for each student rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. As a teacher assistant, I need to be aware of the different needs of the children in the classroom. A loving teacher makes learning a joy. Adaptive Teaching is when teachers adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils.

Students evaluation is not just the evaluation of students' learning, but in fact it is the reflection of a teacher how successfully he has delivered the lesson. Thus, it is a mirror of one's teaching skills.

To be a lifelong learner, one of the strategies I use when teaching is to see myself more as a student than a teacher. This has broken the fourth wall in most of my classes allowing students to take charge of their own learning by seeing themselves as part of the pedagogical process. In my opinion, the best way to teach is not to be a teacher.
