🌟 Introducing Myself 🌟 Hi, I’m Caitlin, an ADHD Coach who’s passionate about helping others embrace their ADHD and thrive! I was diagnosed with combined ADHD at 26. At first, I wasn’t sure I needed a diagnosis, but after spending two years on the NHS waitlist, I finally got my assessment. The experience was overwhelming, but it opened up a whole new world of understanding about myself and my ADHD 💕 As I dove deeper into ADHD, I quickly realised I wanted to help others navigate the challenges that come with it. Through my MSc in Psychological Research, I focused my research on Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) in adults with ADHD. Following this, I completed my ADHD Coach training through ADHD Works, founded by the incredible Leanne Maskell, which allowed me to blend my psychological knowledge of ADHD with practical coaching strategies. My coaching style is all about creating a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their challenges, such as: - 📊 Organisation & planning - 🎯 Focus & attention - ⏰ Time management - 🏆 Goal setting and tracking - 🌊 Managing RSD and emotional regulation - 💖 Cultivating self-compassion Every person with ADHD is unique, and I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution. That’s why my coaching is fully tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you’re dealing with focus, time management, or emotional challenges, we’ll work together to create personalised strategies that fit your life. I've had the privilege of coaching a range of people with ADHD all seeking to work 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 their ADHD rather than against it. If you’re ready to embrace your ADHD and discover strategies that work for you, then send me a message or comment below to book your free discovery call 😊 #ADHDCoach #ADHDAwareness #ExecutiveFunctioning #RSDAwareness #ADHDSupport

One of the most common obstacles I see in ADHD coaching is self-perception. ADHD plays tricks on our memory and sense of time, causing us to lose touch with ourselves. 🤥 The problem is, that the ADHD brain’s perception of time often makes us blind to process. We think in terms of “now” and “not now” which causes blind spots, we forget our achievements and how brilliant we are. Because of the way our brains are wired, ADHDers can struggle with negative self-talk, deeply questioning our abilities despite having clear evidence of our accomplishments. The struggle with imposter syndrome, and the fear of failure and success, can often feel insurmountable. We gaslight ourselves constantly. 🎢 Unless we learn healthy habits and strategies that work for us, ADHD can get in the way of our ambitions... If we let it. So how can ADHD coaching help? ❇️ Developing awareness of how ADHD shows up for you is the first step towards challenging negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs. ❇️ By providing a safe and confidential space to explore your unique experiences. ❇️ By helping you get to a place of acceptance, with a toolkit of strategies that work for you. Together, we focus on a strengths-based approach that enables you to harness the power of ADHD and rewrite the story... …into one that's true. 💥 I’ve been on this journey myself, and it can be life-changing. 🙌🏽 I have three spaces available for new coaching clients starting in January 2025. Message me if you’d like to book an intro call. #ADHD #ADHDcoach #coaching
