Stop wasting your time on your phone. Yesterday, Stanley Henry from The Attention Seeker joined me on the GovComms Institute podcast. Something he raised stood out to me. Scrolling time can be productive. Stanley explained that he and his team use scrolling time to extract insights on what makes a piece of content effective or ineffective. He recommended questioning "Why did I engage with this content?" or, "Why did I ignore this content?" Your engagement with content can help you better understand your audience.
