I don't understand all of this such specific requirements with engineering offers, like at least 3 years of experience with Next, well what if I have 2 years of experience with React Native + 3 years of experience in React, like, do you want an adaptable smart software engineer that will be professional and will always work followings documentation and best practices? Or you just want a bot that only knows how to do one thing? 🚀Transforming Challenges into Opportunities: My 100 Days Job Hunt🚀 In February, I made the difficult decision to resign from my position as an Android Developer at Inofie Technologies due to family issues. My 2 years at Inofie were incredibly rewarding, thanks to the amazing people, the friendly and supportive learning environment, and the respect with which employees are treated. During my break, I dedicated myself to enhancing my skills, focusing on data structures and algorithms full-time. By May 2024, I began actively seeking new opportunities. I meticulously updated my resume, sought reviews from respected professionals on LinkedIn, and applied to numerous companies through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, InstaHyre, CutShort, and through cold emailing HR departments. Despite my efforts, I did not receive responses from the companies I aimed for. This period was challenging and led to self-doubt. However, I chose not to make excuses about the recession or the preference for senior developers over mid-level professionals. Instead, I took this as an opportunity for introspection and self-evaluation, aiming to identify and address the areas where I could improve. Determined to overcome these challenges, I committed to a personal challenge focused on continuous improvement and accountability. I firmly believe in the principle of karma—by diligently working towards my goals and taking full responsibility for my situation, I am confident that I can achieve better outcomes every day. What I Will Do Regularly: ➡️DSA Revision: Continuously refresh my knowledge of data structures and algorithms. ➡️Problem Solving: Solve at least three new DSA problems daily, focusing on medium to hard difficulties. ➡️Low-Level Design: Deepen my understanding of low-level design principles. ➡️Native Android Development: Enhance my skills in native Android development using Kotlin. ➡️Networking: Actively build connections and seek job referrals and guidance from industry professionals. I am committed to this journey and will persistently strive to reach my goals, sharing my progress and experiences along the way.
