What does a horse’s bit and automotive training have in common? Bit: (noun) an item of the horse’s tack that helps send signals in conjunction with a rider’s seat and legs. A bit comes in a lot of different variations, but all are designed to create different actions inside the horse’s mouth when engaged. Bits are a great tool, but even a gentle bit can be used harshly by a rider who is inexperienced, using it incorrectly, or fit improperly to the horse. It is only one component and has to be used in conjunction with other tack such as the bridle and reins. Used correctly and humanely, it creates harmony between horse and rider. Similarly, Automotive training can be used poorly or correctly. You can create an environment of harshness and pressure OR one of team work and performance. What signals is your current training sending? #fromthesaddle #automotive #automotivetraining #automotiveindustry #bdc #automotivesales #serviceadvisor #servicedepartment

This is me doing what I know how to do best( impacting knowledge). This faithful day I was asked to make a presentation describing and narrating the full condition of a Mercedes Benz... stating the history and exact condition of the car from the production date till now. And some of its possible solutions based on the mechanical report. NB: The video was taken unaware 😔 #lifeofadealeractivator #virtualassistant #cardealership #customerservice #dealermanager

💡 Learn all about tires so you can sell them! 🤔 But tire knowledge goes beyond the tire… Once you have a good understanding about tires, the different types, the reasons for maintenance, and general product knowledge, you are officially a cut above some of your peers. But tire knowledge truly goes beyond the tire. There are so many different types of vehicles that need different types of tires. Cars, trucks, EVs, front wheel drives, rear wheel drives, all wheel drives, etc. All of these vehicle and drive train types will impact your customers unique needs for tires. For certain OEMs on certain models that have all wheel drive systems for example, it’s recommended that all four tires have tread depths within a few 32s of an inch of each other. I have personally seen just a difference of 1-2 32s of an inch in tire tread depth on each side of an axle cause over a thousand dollars of damage. More than once. How? - Well you’ll have to watch the video! ✅ Advanced tire knowledge goes beyond the tire! Revolutionizing Car Repairs: How Dealerships Can Cut Costs and Boost Revenue with DIY Videos and Mechanic Training Good day everyone😋, Today, I have some exciting insights and important updates to share that you won't want to miss. Let's dive in and explore together! Have you ever visited a dealership service department, had them assess your car, and then been shocked by the charges for repairs or service? Researching this common and surprising experience, I believe there's a better way. Automotive companies could increase their revenue from video content by utilizing the mechanics at their repair and service centers to create how-to and demonstration videos. This approach would help supplement repair costs, making them more affordable, as it would become part of their revenue stream. Therefore, they could reduce the per-hour rate at their service centers by supplementing their income with revenue from the videos, thereby alleviating the cost for customers and helping to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas. However, it's important to include provisions in the mechanics' contracts regarding this arrangement; please consult the legal department for guidance. Furthermore, automotive companies could revolutionize the industry by providing training for aspiring mechanics or individuals eager to learn. Imagine courses on how to fix, service, maintain, repair, and replace parts for various vehicle models—all offered through a certificate-based platform directly from the automotive company. #AutomotiveIndustry #CarRepairs #MechanicTips #DIYCarRepair #AutoMaintenance #VehicleUpkeep #ServiceCenters #CarCare #HowToVideos #AffordableRepairs Major Automotive Companies in the U.S.: 1.
