In my first meeting with clients, I offer this warning: "I will not make you go viral. You will not become famous by hiring me. If that is your goal, then do not hire me." My goal isn't to make clients go viral because sustainable growth is the only growth that is truly valuable for your business. Viral posts can hurt you in the long run. You might gain a ton of followers, but if they aren't genuinely interested in what you offer, you could have 30,000 followers with only 3 paying customer. Therefore, don't focus on making a post go viral. Whether you have 10 or 10,000 followers, focus on providing value to those who follow you. Providing consistent value is how you create consistent income. #marketing #highvaluecustomers #customersuccess #customercentric #peoplecentric #professionalservices #personalbranding

I used to feel intimidated when connecting with large accounts because I didn’t have many followers. Maybe you've felt the same way—worried about rejection, questioning your value. But the truth is, you are just as valuable, if not more so. The difference is that these big accounts have built a brand around their experiences, making them stand out to their audience. The key takeaway here is that you have the same potential. By exploring your unique experiences and effectively sharing them, you can create a brand that resonates with your audience. Now, I confidently send connection requests to people with over 10k followers, and they respond. Recently, I noticed someone with over 50k followers consistently liking my comments on another larger account. This shows that I bring value. My comments are valuable. Having fewer followers or lower engagement doesn’t define your worth. You are valuable, and the only thing holding you back is not putting yourself out there. When you turn your profile into the face of your brand and treat every piece of content and comment as a brand touchpoint, you’ll unlock new opportunities for success. Who else can relate to this? Let me hear your story in the comment session

As marketers, it's tempting to always be in sales mode on LinkedIn, but that's not the most effective strategy. Instead, focus on being a valuable resource for your followers. Share insightful content, offer helpful tips, and spark meaningful conversations. Remember, people appreciate authenticity and value. By sharing your expertise and engaging with your audience, you'll build stronger relationships and foster trust. Here's a tip: End each of your posts with a soft call to action, such as asking a question or inviting people to connect further. For example, you could say, "If this resonates with you, send me a direct message to take the next step." Remember, building a community on LinkedIn takes time and effort. Be consistent, engage thoughtfully with your followers, and watch your network grow. Do you have any questions about how to implement this strategy? Let's discuss in the comments! #marketingtips #contentstrategy #ibtikaragency #communications #digitalmarketing

Want to grow your business? It’s not just about having more followers. But many businesses focus too much on follower count and miss what really matters: ENGAGEMENT AND CONVERSIONS. Here’s the truth: More followers don’t mean more sales. Let me break this down: 👉 Engagement Over Quantity: A smaller, engaged audience is more valuable than a large number of followers who don’t interact with your content. Focus on creating content that resonates and drives action. 👉 Quality Leads: Instead of aiming for more followers, aim for the right followers—those who are genuinely interested in your products or services. These are the people who will convert into customers. 👉 Real Connections: Build genuine relationships with your audience. Engage with them, respond to their comments, and provide value. This fosters trust, which is essential for turning followers into loyal customers. For example, I work with a client who shifted their focus from growing their follower count to improving engagement. The result? A 25% increase in sales without a big rise in followers. It’s not about the numbers—it’s about the relationships you build and the value you provide.

I sent 50+ DMs every day this week. The results were insane (plus my strategy) First of all WHY? I wanted to give as much value to my followers for 2 reasons: 1. More friends means more engagement on content meaning I grow faster 2. More opportunities come from talking to people 3. More clients from reaching out and solving problems And so I begin… I started DMing new followers and old followers. I asked if they wanted help with anything to provide value And the results were shocking I got around 50% response rates Among those people I immediately saw around 15% of them go and engage with my content No new opportunities or leads just yet as cycles take a while! But it still shocked me SO many people are missing out Every metric in your business will go up if you simply DM your followers Also I should say I didn't DM just anyone I only DMed people that: - Looked like they could benefit from my service - Looked like a cool person to talk to This definitely was a factor in high response rates. I’ll keep updating on the results if you stick around! Are you currently DMing followers?

CTA or no CTA on a post....that is the question!? So should a CTA be on every post? The short answer is NO! Social media is about conversation, not constantly selling. Instead of always having a CTA, try these tips: ✨Engage with questions: Encourage your audience to share their thoughts or experiences. ✨Show behind-the-scenes: Give them a glimpse into your process or daily life. ✨Share value: Offer helpful tips, insights, or resources without asking for anything in return. Remember, it’s about building relationships, not just sales. What’s your favorite way to engage with your audience without pushing a CTA? 🙌

I made my first $ on LinkedIn with less than 2K followers But you are failing with even 10K followers! When I started I thought- -More followers = More leads -Unbelieveable offers = More leads (100 leads in 100 days kind of thing) -My industry is inactive so I am getting zero leads But it all changed when I got that first client here! How? This is what I did (You can do it too)- 1. Wrote audience-centric posts ↳ More personal and client storytelling ↳ Chose 1 pain point to talk about 2. Had an outbound strategy in place ↳ I talked to 10 people who fit my ICP everyday ↳ I only talked with them and built a relationship first 3. Talked to even my followers ↳ A lot of people I know ignore talking to followers ↳ But they follow you for a reason Your follower count doesn't matter All that does is your approach P.S.- What do you talk about in that first message with your prospects?

I am not magician😭 To all clients, please set realistic goals because OVERNIGHT SUCCESS DOESN’T EXIST ; it takes time and effort to achieve our desired goals. That's why I always emphasize to my clients that the growth of each account varies; perhaps in one account, I gained xxxx in 6 months, while in another account, I only gained xxx followers in the same period of time. To all service providers, don't simply agree with clients' demands. They hire us for our expertise, so instead of just nodding along, take the time to explain everything to them. Also, please, let's AVOID PRETENDING we can deliver the impossible. And DON’T PRETEND to have experience in areas where you lack it. Instead, be transparent and explain that you have knowledge of the task and are eager to learn more to fulfill their needs. Let's maintain professionalism and realism. Personally, followers aren't a big thing to me, especially if the engagement is very low. I prefer having average followers but with lively engagement. NO TO BOT FOLLOWERS!!!😠💗 #socialmediamanager #socialmediatips #socialmediamanagement #engagementstrategies #engagementmatters #socialmediagrowth #socialmediamagic
