🎓 “Degrees are sold as golden tickets to dream jobs. But why are most freshers left asking: ‘Where’s my job?’” Welcome to The Great Employability Paradox! Every year, millions of freshers step out of college with shiny degrees, dreaming of high-paying jobs and prestigious roles. But here’s the reality check: 👉 Employers say they’re not job-ready. 👉 Students say they did what they were told. 👉 And the blame game begins… The Problem: The real problem lies in the gap between what’s taught in classrooms and what companies need. We call it the Skill Gap. Degrees promise the world, but without the right skills and exposure, students are left in the lurch. "Through my journey of helping the youth of India, I’ve gathered valuable insights that I’ll be sharing in the upcoming posts. Despite all the efforts being made, employability in India continues to be a major challenge." What We’ll Cover in This Series: 🌟 The truth about degrees, skilling programs, and CTC dreams. 🌟 Why companies hesitate to hire freshers—and how to fix it. 🌟 Insights for students, recruiters, and educators. Stay tuned for some hard truths, actionable, and (of course) a little sarcasm to lighten the load. What have been your experience feel free to share on the subject please feel free to share #SkillGap #Employability #CareerJourney #Mentorkart MentorKart
