I am pleased to share that I have successfully completed a transformative two-month internship at Kayser Trading 💼 ✔️ , a leading online retailer specializing in cosmetic, natural, and parapharmaceutical products, known on social media as Azeta Beauty. With a catalog that spans over 75 diverse brands and offers more than 1080 articles, Kayser Trading has earned the trust of a rapidly growing customer base, now surpassing 7,000 clients and fulfilling over 12,000 orders to date. During my internship, I was immersed in a vibrant and innovative marketing department, where creativity was not just encouraged but essential in crafting a distinct brand identity that stands out in a competitive market. My role was deeply rooted in digital marketing, where I spearheaded initiatives to enhance our online visibility through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). By employing targeted strategies, I significantly boosted our search engine rankings, driving substantial organic traffic to our website and increasing brand visibility across key digital platforms. 📈 In parallel, I took charge of managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation efforts using sophisticated tools such as Hubspot and Brevo. These platforms allowed me to implement highly personalized marketing campaigns, effectively segmenting our audience and delivering tailored content that resonated with our customers. This approach not only optimized our marketing processes but also elevated the customer experience, fostering stronger and more meaningful relationships with our audience. 🤝 A significant portion of my work involved creative design, where I was responsible for producing visually compelling marketing posters and audiovisual content. By integrating AI-driven tools, I enhanced the aesthetic appeal and strategic impact of these materials, ensuring they aligned with our brand’s ethos and captivated our target demographic. ✏️ In the sphere of social media, my efforts were particularly focused also on Meta platforms like content creation, and engagement analysis. My contributions were instrumental in reinforcing Kayser Trading ’s digital presence, fostering a vibrant online community, and driving engagement across various social media channels. Beyond my core responsibilities, I had the invaluable opportunity to gain insights into other departmental functions, which enriched my understanding of the business as a whole. This cross-functional exposure not only broadened my perspective and sharpened my technical expertise but also underscored the importance of collaboration teamwork, and adaptability in achieving collective success. ⭐ #internship #marketing #SEO #SEM #digital_marketing

As a senior marketing student, I've always understood the the importance of marketing. But recently, there's been a shift in my perspective. I've transitioned from simply understanding marketing tactics to truly appreciating the power of branding. Here's what sparked this realization: Internship Experience: During my internship at The NOON Ltd., I witnessed firsthand how a strong brand identity can differentiate a company in a crowded marketplace. It wasn't just about selling products; it was about creating an emotional connection with customers. Customer Insights: While researching consumer behavior, I discovered that customers are drawn to brands that resonate with their values and aspirations. A well-established brand goes beyond the product, embodying a personality, story and promise. This new perspective has fueled my passion for marketing: Strategic Thinking: Now, I approach marketing campaigns with a focus on building brand awareness and loyalty alongside promoting specific products. Content Creation: When crafting marketing content, I consider how it reflects the brand's voice, values, and overall image. Branding is the cornerstone of successful marketing. It's not just a logo or tagline; it's the essence of a company. It's the story you tell and the emotions you evoke. What are your thoughts on branding? How has branding impacted your perception of a company? #branding #marketing #studentslife #marketinginsights #careeradvice

My marketing and sales internship at Max View Now (MVN) was not all theory. Thus, I went straight into genuine campaigns: from comes up with the prompt for the social media post to interpreting the website metrics. I worked on a B2B project with its writing and creating audiences, developing the message and applying emails and LinkedIn ads. We were able to see the traffic and leads going up and that was very satisfying to see. Aside from campaigns, I got handy in digital marketing tools. I gained knowledge in SEO for the organic traffic and paid advertising such as the pay-per-click ads. I also did social networking, where my activities were to come up with nice posts for the face book page as well as twitter sentiment analysis. The INTERN was an eye opener to B2B marketing. I met the need of understanding how to communicate with other businesses and target decision makers. Thus, the knowledge of B2B buyer motives and their ability to comprehend MVN’s value proposition was critical. Besides the substantive, procedural and aesthetic skills, I gained in the project, I also got to learn project management as well as initiative. I got to understand how to set goals and achieve them, time management as well as learning how to deal with problems. Hence, the internship motivated me to develop assertiveness and make suggestions on the concepts to be incorporated into the campaign. This internship was transformative. This brought a practical nature in the class work and helped me obtain both digital marketing skills and knowledge about B2B strategies and project management. Yes, if you are eager to enter the sphere of marketing and sales, an internship like this can be simply perfect!

Excited to share the incredible journey and insights gained during my recent three-month digital media marketing internship at Chouchou Media 🚀 As part of my role, I managed various social media platforms and utilized Canva and Hootsuite for content creation, scheduling, and analytics. I've also contributed to Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategy planning and execution, focusing on branding, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and email marketing. This work has played an important role in enhancing the branding of Australian dining brands for Chinese consumers. Additionally, I’m proud to have supported clients Vela and Limay with their Red account establishment. Notable achievements include Vela receiving over 300 profile visits and over 5k reads, while Limay saw over 3k reads and a remarkable 600% increase in conversion rate within just one month. Here are some key insights I would like to share: 💡A significant takeaway was understanding the concept of H2H (human-to-human) marketing. I strongly feel that every product and service embodies invisible wisdom and emotion. The most fascinating aspect of marketing is identifying genuine consumer needs while building emotional connections between brands and consumers—something irreplaceable by AI and technology. 📸 Challenges Creating social media content posed a significant challenge, especially in visual marketing. I noticed that despite the high quality of the images posted, the engagement rates fell short of expectations. After searching for the reason online, I found out that consumers are increasingly valuing authenticity. When visuals are overly polished, they can come across as inauthentic, potentially leading to diminished trust from users. 💪 Fitness Industry Exposure In addition to expanding my knowledge in restaurant branding, I also had the opportunity to explore marketing within the fitness industry. Working on brand building for Coach Sam Sung allowed me to go from having no prior knowledge of fitness to discovering a genuine passion for it and adopting an active and healthier lifestyle. In summary, this internship has been an invaluable experience, allowing me to apply my marketing communication knowledge in practice, interact with real clients, and refine marketing strategies based on real-time feedback. I am deeply grateful for the regular meetings and training sessions, which enriched my learning with insights from professional marketers. This opportunity has not only deepened my passion for marketing but also, despite still being in the learning phase, has equipped me with practical skills and valuable experiences that will lay a solid foundation for my future career in the marketing industry. #branding #digitalmarketing #socialmediamarketing #IMC #H2H #marketingcommunications

This summer I got to spend 10 weeks with Crowley Webb for my first marketing internship! There’s no amount of words that could explain the experience I got to endure during my summer, just wow. I learned so many things that not only confirmed my dream of pursuing marketing/PR, but I’ve learned life lessons for my work and my personal life. So for a quick summary of my time with CW and Praxis, here is what I learned: Projects: Here I got to go through multiple departments, spending at most 2 weeks with each of them! I was assigned a variety of projects whether it be from managing CRM contacts to making social videos! I got to experience departments such as account service, public relations, media, analytics, Praxis, creative, video, and digital! My time spent with each department, whether it be long or short was more wasted at all because they sure did keep us busy! Experience: Here throughout the departments I got to experience so so much. I experienced how research is done to successfully market on the right media platforms with analytics to support it. I experienced an amazing activation event with Highmark Health and the Buffalo Bills that showed me how all the work that each department does over the long process leading up to this event comes together to create something so successful that the public loves to interact with. I also experienced so many client and real life projects meetings which was an amazing insight on how each client is different and needs something different and how adaptable CW can be to their client needs. I also experienced all the people who work for CW and Praxis and let me just say they are all special in their own way and I can see how they are the core of their company and how they express their talent and love in their work. Lessons Learned: I learned how important is to make a network of connections. I came out of this internship with connections that I believe will be life long and will help me lead me to my desired career! I also learned how it’s okay to express your creativity because everyone wants to hear your ideas whether they are good or bad. Of course I learned the core and basic foundations of each department and how certain tactics work for some and some don’t work for others. I also learned that everything you make, you have to make sure you love it because you have to think of yourself as the public, who in the end, you are marketing for. You can’t make something that you don’t enjoy because that just means others won’t enjoy it either. And like said before I learned the importance of client relationships and coworker relationships because success starts from within and then is potrayed outwardly. Conclusion Thoughts: This internship was an experience like no other and I think the perfect first foundational internship for anyone whose not too sure if marketing is what they want to do because you touch everything! Thank you to CW and thank you to Praxis for taking your time to teach me your life!
