I don't think that technology is a solution to all problems. Even more so, I don't think that in order to solve problems created by tech, we need more tech. Unfortunately, the digital wellbeing field is overloaded with tech-driven solutions. I was therefore very happy to have been able to collaborate on the "Reimagining Digital Well-Being Report" (inspired and edited by Daan Annemans and Matthew J. Dennis), which looks at all things digital wellbeing holistically.
