I would hire engineers with the following: (1) Passionate - they have a natural drive to explore the details and uncover insights just because they’re passionate about understanding how things work. (2) "Get shit done" attitude - they’re all about getting things done, focused on delivering results rather than spending too much time in the planning phase. They’re driven by finding practical solutions that make an impact. (3) Experienced – they’re familiar with the tools you're using and have already brought similar ideas to life. This allows them to jump in quickly and bring that same energy and expertise to your projects. That's how you get to the Nxt Level together :)

Developers who have experience with automation tools (like UiPath, which you have experience in), combined with AI, are valuable for integrating AI into business processes and improving operational efficiency.

No one type can build out the enterprise you want. I would prioritize hiring in the following way: 2, 4, 1, 3 You need people who live to solve complex real-world solutions, collaborative and passionate, embracing the tech. And wrapped up by innovators and visionaries who see the long term rewards for the efforts.

Great post! 🚀 It's exciting to see how you're embracing innovation in AI development at such a rapid pace. I'd lean towards Engineers who thrive on solving complex real-world puzzles . What’s been the most interesting AI challenge your team has faced so far? 😎

We might need all 4 at different situations 😉 With 4X I would say go for all 4 kinds.
