Can therapist make 1L/month consistently in India without private practise? Yes! Is it an easy route? No! When you start working, gain experience, work with as many people as you can! Reading books wont make you a good therapist, working with people, will! Join organisations and ask feedback from your seniors and clients. Keep building a list of people you've worked with. A good part of this field is, it has a lifetime client retention rate. That means if a client has gotten good results with you, next time something happens they will come back to you. To everyone studying right now, don’t worry, you’ll have at least some seniors in the field who believe in uplifting therapists and not exhausting them! We will make things work for you. I'll share more on how you to reach that amount but for now Happy Dhanteras! 🌼 #psychologist #therapist #mentalhealth
Thankyou for sharing this. I am sure despite so many uncertainties in this field, we have people who keep us reminding to trust our work & keep moving forward✨😊
Thank you for sharing this. As a psychologist this feels like a distant dream on most days, but seeing such posts feels very validating and rewarding 🫶

1moI would just add that a major part of being a good therapist is the ability to self reflect and capacity for observation and awareness of their own persona. No matter how much uountalk to others self- work is equally if not more necessary.
