Where do I even begin? The Malaysia Digital Xceleration Summit 2024 flew by in a blink of an eye. Every concept and idea turned into reality. In a very short space of time, team Synapze Sdn Bhd created magic. And we did it For the Greater Good once again. In order to accelerate #digital advancements, transformation and adoption in Malaysia, conversations on a larger scale needed to happen. I waited 3 days post the #summit; the general observation I saw was that people are ready, hungry and eager to know more about what is going to push Malaysia forward towards Industry 5.0. When we looked at the 5 focus area we highlighted, we wanted these segments to drive conversations and provoke mindful discussions amongst not just the stakeholders, professionals and academia but also the general public; the very fabric of society who would be digital #creators and producers (if we aren’t already) and not merely consumers of it. Computer Vision, Next Gen Computing, Metaverse, Digital Twins and ultimately Data Trust are pivotal to us comprehending what will shape the future #economy of the nation. In the coming days, I will dissect the key areas to help navigate my thoughts towards what it will take to drive Malaysia forward in this new era of #digitaltransformation and how we can start shaping MDX 2025; a request many has put forth to me after missing out on the biggest #tech show in Kuala Lumpur! Thank you Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and its newly minted CEO, Anuar Fariz for being a partner in crime and to the Ministry of Digital and its indefatigable Minister, Gobind Singh Deo for pushing us to be that little bit more dynamic and forward thinking.
