Spoiler Alert: Your 1003 is killing your lead gen. Driving cold or lukewarm traffic to a 1003 is scaring off potential business. It works for established relationships. For cold leads, it's a conversion dead end. Consider these traffic sources: - Google searchers - Realtor referrals - Review readers - Direct mail recipients - Facebook followers None are primed for an immediate loan application. Even "Apply Now" buttons kill conversions. "Get Started" might get clicks, but often leads to confusing login pages. Every lost lead costs thousands in potential revenue. Better approach: 1.
