Love this. We all have different strengths. Be intuned with yourself, what you’re good at, and what you love. Teams need people with different strengths.
Like my buddy Michael Uwandi says, life is like an RPG game. The best squad has people with different abilities. Fitting in or trying to do what everyone else is doing may not be your true path. Know thyself!

Toxic workplaces don't just harm morale - they erode the very foundation of success. When misuse of authorities benefits only a select few, it damages the entire organization. To prevent this, managers must be humanly examined before they are appointed.

The re-birth of Manufacturing is here, parts and components and Engineering deliver the limitless possibilities ( all of them )
…
5 years ago - reusable was not there, now happens for 80% of what’s going up
10 years ago - launch 🚀 every month now 3 per week
I remember sitting in a place listening to consulting work saying:
There’s no market for small launch
The economics of reusability is not there
There’s no market for Space training
All of them are about to be proven wrong.
Space Nation we will train you on Earth to go to Space.

Pretty incredible news from the Space industry this week as SpaceX successfully launches the most powerful rocket ever made.
The Starship is a fully reusable platform, and this fourth major flight test saw both parts of the rocket return to Earth for the first time, with the Super Heavy booster splashing down in the Gulf of Mexico and the main Starship making it all the way to the Indian Ocean.
With the next Starship test mission coming soon, what does this mean for the future of space?
With every step forward, Space becomes increasingly within our reach, with commercial space travel and interplanetary exploration becoming more attainable.
By significantly reducing the cost of access to space and increasing payload capacity, Starship could enable new business models and make existing ones more financially viable.
From space tourism to interplanetary missions, the spacecraft has the potential to redefine what is possible in the commercial space sector.
This is HUGE!🚀🚀

Yesterday's test of Starship was a significant moment for humanity!
As the largest human object ever to be sent into space, Starship has a larger total volume than the international space station, which took 42 assembly flights from 1998 to 2011.
This test marks a game changer for how much mass we earthlings will be able to send off-world with just one flight in the future!
It's exciting to see the massive steps being taken by the private space industry these days, not just by SpaceX! #SpaceX#Starship#PrivateSpaceIndustry#SpaceExploration
SpaceX recently made a big achievement by catching a Falcon 9 booster using the Mechazilla catch arms. This marks an important step towards reusability, for lowering the cost of space launches.
The booster, about 70 meters tall, was caught with incredible precision after returning from orbit. This technology is a game changer for reducing the time and resources needed for launch turnarounds.
I've attached a YouTube link that shows the entire process.

“I’ve been following SpaceX since Elon launched the Starhopper in 2019—a 150m flight many likened to a water tank in the sky! From that bold first step to today’s extraordinary innovative milestone, we’ve witnessed incredible progress. The launch of Starship, nearly reaching low Earth orbit (LEO), and the successful catch of a 71-meter-tall 9m diameter booster, powered by 33 Raptor engines, between two ‘chopstick’ arms is nothing short of revolutionary.
Elon’s vision has always been to make space travel economical and sustainable, focusing on reusability. With each successful recovery, SpaceX brings us closer to a future where interplanetary travel is accessible, reducing costs and opening the door to new possibilities. The future of space travel and humankind’s continued journey into the unknown and the space frontier feels closer than ever!
Congratulations to the entire SpaceX team—this achievement truly takes us where no one has gone before. May you continue to boldly go and push the boundaries of the final frontier! Kia kaha.
